Words can't adequately express how precious this picture is to me! It fills my heart with pure joy and thankfulness! This evening when I was making dinner Faith pulled up a stool and started reading her devotions to me. She then bowed her head and started praying out loud! I rushed to grab my camera to capture this priceless moment! Every day I pray that my kids will develop a discipline of prayer and time in the word of God. Thank you, Jesus that Faith desires to know you and learn more about you. There is not a day that goes by that Faith does not ask to read her Bible and volunteer to pray before meals. My fervent prayer is that she will continue to seek God with all her heart all the days of her life.
Daniel 6:10 "But Daniel learned that the law had been signed, he went home and knelt down as usual in the upstairs room, with its windows open toward Jerusalem. He prayed 3 times a day just as he had always done, giving thanks to his God."
Joshua 1:8 "Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so that you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do."
