Ella was the "Spotlight Star" in her kindergarten class this week. This meant that we got to make a poster board all about Ella. She had fun explaining her poster to her friends, and she enjoyed bringing two of her favorite toys for show and share (a koala blanket and a big toy horse). She also got to pick which snack she wanted to bring for two of the days. She choose Cheetos and pudding. She has had a great week, and I could tell that she felt very special! Today was such a treat for me because I got to spend the last half an hour with Ella's class since it's her special week. We chose to do a craft with her class because Ella LOVES crafts. We decorated doorknob hangers with foam stickers and markers. The kids had so much fun, and they were so sweet and polite. I was also able to read the ADORABLE Valentine's book pictured above. It was PERFECT because Ella LOVES slugs!! She is always searching for them in our yard! It's cute because she'll often have on a princess tiara while she is looking for bugs:)
Ella is such a JOY, and it was a HUGE TREAT for me to be a part of her class today!!!
