We had a fun art field trip earlier this week. We went with our friends, who also home school, to the library to check out the new mural that is being painted in the children's area. It was so neat!
Our friend, Salma, invited all of us over to her apartment to have an art lesson that morning. 
Above is a picture of the kids with Salma. Faith is sitting on Salma's lap. They are buddies :)Salma and her son were so hospitable! They gave all of the kids special drinks, ice cream, yogurt covered pretzels, crackers, and granola bars to take home for a snack. They were so kind and generous!

Salma's favorite princess is Cinderella, and she showed us a beautiful Cinderella music box while we were visiting with her. We wanted to give her a photo of Ella and Faith with Cinderella taken while we were at Disney last year.
Salma is sensitive to smell because of her chemo treatments, so we decided to make her tissue paper flowers :)
We will really miss her when we move!
