We noticed a rash and swelling on Ethan's face last night, and it still looked pretty swollen and bumpy this morning. We were happy to get him into the doctor right away. We feel so blessed to be able to walk to the doctor's office, and this is a picture of the kids by one of the pretty Mayo Clinic fountains. The doctor said that it is not contagious, and that it is an allergic reaction of some sort. She gave us a prescription for an EpiPen as well as EpiPen training. We were also able to get an appointment to see an allergy specialist on Monday morning. I am so thankful because they initially told us that the earliest appointment was on June 10th, and that is the day we move.We had planned on having Ella's friend, Nicole, over to play that morning, but we postponed the play date until the afternoon after we were sure that Ethan was not contagious. Ella and Nicole had so much fun making crafts! Below is a picture of them with their finished projects! They just got back from a week long trip, and Ella missed Nicole SO MUCH!!!
We spent the afternoon and evening at The Gora's house. Below is a picture of Payton and Shelby swinging in style! I love this family so much!
The kids had fun making kites out of cardboard. It was such a beautiful spring day, and the kids had a blast playing creatively outside.
